Donna brings over 18 years experience in external case management to our company. She is certified as a Certified Case Manager (CCM) since 1996 and a Certified Nurse of Life Care Planning (CNLCP) which she completed training for and received her certification in 2011.
Her case management experience includes:
Experience in management of complex cases involving orthopedics, repetitive trauma, intravenous therapy, pre and post operative care of surgical patients and burns as well as catastrophic injuries including spinal cord injuries, significant soft tissue trauma and multi-trauma
Knowledge of community resources, hospitals, physicians, therapists, radiology facilities and vendors
Experience in cost projections to set reserves for complex cases
Experience in negotiating discounts for services needed including extended care for per diem costs, procedures and durable medical supplies

Darlene brings over 17 years experience of on-site case management to our company. She has been a Certified Case Manager (CCM) since 1996. Her case management experience includes:
Knowledge of community resources, hospitals, physicians, therapists, radiology facilities and vendors
Experience in formulating comprehensive cost projections to assist in establishing settlements and the setting of reserves
Experience in managing complex cases including multi-trauma, litigated claims, concurrent pathologies, orthopedics, pre and post operative care of surgical patients, wound care, intravenous therapy and catastrophic injury
Experience in negotiating discounts for services needed and utilization of reserves effectively for treatment, diagnostics, procedures and durable medical supplies
